WHEREAS, "Cash In Affiliates" also known throughout this agreement as the "program" hereby recites the following terms and conditions:

WHEREAS, filling out and/or reading this agreement does not constitute acceptance into the Cash In Affiliates program. If applicant is accepted into the Cash In Affiliates program by one of its authorized representatives this agreement then becomes a legally binding contract. In no way whatsoever is Cash In Affiliates offering a joint venture, partnership or other legal entity to an affiliate.

All accepted affiliates understand that they are working in the capacity as a "sole independent contractor" and there is no other relationship construed or applied.

Cash In Affiliatese, reserves the right to modify this agreement, as needed in any way whatsoever, as they deem appropriate. Cash In Affiliates will continue to strive to bring forth the best possible products to its clients and affiliates.

Cash In Affiliates, cannot accept any affiliates who are under the age of 18 with absolutely no exceptions.

Cash In Affiliates, reserves the right to terminate any account, which it believes in its sole discretion, is engaging in any activity that is not acceptable to company policy and/or is illegal. Examples would be spamming, unsolicited bulk email, posting banners on sexually explicit websites and other unscrupulous activities.

Cash In Affiliates, will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits or data, arising in connection with this agreement or the Program.

To protect customer privacy, under Cash In Affiliates' Privacy Policy, we reserve the right to withhold all customer information from Affiliates. Cash In Affiliates has no obligation to provide Affiliates with any specific information from customers, regardless of whether said customer arrived at the Cash In Affiliates website through an Affiliate link or not.

Registrant represents and warrants to Cash In Affiliates that it has thoroughly read and understands the contents of this agreement in its entirety. Registrant also accepts and agrees to all of the conditions in and of this agreement.

Cash In Affiliates makes no representations or warranties whatsoever; regarding any potential income that may result from joining Cash In Affiliates' Affiliate Program.

All sales copy, trademarks, logos and service marks are the sole property of Cash In Affiliates and may be revoked at anytime from Affiliate at the sole discretion of Cash In Affiliates.

Affiliate agrees not to misrepresent Cash In Affiliates' products or services in any way whatsoever that could be construed as harmful or deceitful. Cash In Affiliates reserves the right to terminate Affiliate status for any reason at our sole and absolute discretion, including but not limited to the reasons set forth herein.

If terminated, outstanding commissions shall be paid in the next payment cycle, as long as the terms of this agreement were not violated or breached by the Affiliate. Payment of your final commission payment may be withheld for a reasonable length of time in order to ensure there are no violations or breaches.

In the event that any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, said provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the balance of the Agreement will remain in full force and effect.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah. Any legal action arising out of this agreement shall be litigated and enforced under the laws of the State of Utah with absolutely no exceptions. Any legal action pursued by an affiliate shall be within the exclusive jurisdiction of the State of Utah.
